Section 6: Secretariat assistance

Central Vigilance Commission (Procedure for Transaction and Allocation of Business) Regulations, 2021Central Regulations · 2003

The Secretary to the Commission shall ordinarily, along with such other officers, as may be considered necessary, attend the meeting of the Commission to assist it in the meeting:

Provided that the Secretary of the Commission may be exempted by the Commission, in case of his inability to attend any meeting:

Provided further that in the absence of Secretary to the Commission such other officers of the Commission, as may be considered necessary by the Commission, shall assist it in the meeting.
