Section 5: Disqualifications

Chandigarh Administration Group 'C' (Clerk and Steno-Typist) (Common Cadre) Recruitment Rules, 2015. .Union territory Rules of Chandigarh · 1950

Nr person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with ft person having a spouse iiving, or •

(b) Who, having a sppuse, iiving, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post.

Provided that the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh nay, if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the narriage and that there are other grounds for so doing exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
