(a) Who has eI.1teredinto or contracted a marriage \vith a person having a spouse livin~;

or ~ent ~ose i) No .,

(b) Who having a spouse living.has entered into or contracted a marriage with nny person, shall be eligible for appointment to the service of the Bocu"d:

Provided that the Board. if satisfied that such marTiage is permissible under the person81 law applicable to such peI"SOnand other party to thc marriage aI1d there are other grounds for so doing. exempt any person from the opt'ration of this regulation.
