Section 25: Reception after inquisition

A lunatic so found by inquisition may be admitted into any asylum—

(1) in the case of an inquisition under Chapter IV, on an order made by, or undsr the authority of, the High Court;

(2) in the case of an inquisition under Chapter V, on an order made by the District Court.
