2. They shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette. ' .

3. The Chandigarh Administration may demise sites at Sub-Urban Scctor2, ncar village Dhanas on lease for 30 years. Snch lease may be given by allotment or otherwise in accordance with these rules.
