Section 4: Commencement and period of lease

The lease shall commence from the da te ofallotment and shall be for a period oDO years. After the expiry of the sa id period of30 years the lease maybe renewed for such further period and on such terms lind conditions as the Government may decide. .

5. The lessee shall furn ish his complete and correct address to the I [Deputy ChiefAdministrator] and shall intimate in writing nny change in such address.
