(c) 65 on every publlc servi.e vehicle space shall be for the driver's seat such as to allow hlm to exercise unimpended control of the vehlcle, and ln particula!-- the part of the seat agalnst which the driver's back rests shall not be less than 280 mi.l1metres from the nearest polnt on th€ steering wheel and lhat the seat shaLl be constructed as to be adjustable in such a vyay that the distance ls lncreased 350 mUlmetres, the drlver's seats shall be coirstructed as to permlt an up and do\4rn adjustment !n addttloD to the fore and after adjustments mentloned hereln.

(3) No publlc servlce vehlcle shall be so constructed that any person may sit or any luggage may be carried on the rlght hand side of the drlver.

(4) Every public servlce vehlcte shatl be so constructecl that save for the front pillar of the body, the drtve! sha[ have a clear vlsion both to the front and through an angle ofnlnety degrees to his right hand slde. The front pluar of the body shaU be so constructed as to obstruct the viston of thedriver to the least posslble extent.

(5) The State Transport Authortty, may by order, tnwEltlng, ctirect that until such time as the vehtcles have beentaken oif the road after having Uved thetr ltves nothlng lnthls ru-le ln iegard to and consequent upon the provtifonsrequlrlng that the vehlcle shal] be clrtven f;om the right haddslde shaU apply to a public service vehtcle or a speclfledclass of publlc servtce vehlcle fltted wj.th left hand ;teerlngcontrol and obtained through the Dr.sposal Organlzation o, theCentral, Government.

(6) Where a Registerlng AuLhortty reglsters a pubuc servlce vehicle ln respect of which, or belonglng to a cliss inrespect of whlch an order under sub-lufe (5) has been made, it I shau not€ ln the certlflcate of reglstratio[ the fact that nothlngin thls rule in reqard to and consequent upon the provlslon requiring that the vehlcle shau be drtven from the rtght handside shall apply to the vehlcle.
