(1) Every entrance and exlt of a section ]ll publlc service vehicte other than another cab shau be atleast 530 millmetles in lvldth and of sufficlent heishi.

(2) Ewery entrance and exit sha11 be capable of be_inl opened outwards by one opcration of the locking mechanism.

(3) Door handles or levers to door catches shalt be so desiqned and fitted tbat they are Dot liab]e to be dislodqed or to be operated accldentally.

(8) Ther€ shaLl be unobstructed accessibUity from evety seat to at least one exlt :

Provided that thls rule .shal] not apPly to any seat along$.lth the drlver, lf there ls access to such seat by an entrance other than the drlvers entrance ; and

(9) There shall be direct access to the driver's seat elth€r from the off slde of the vehlcle or by r:reans of a passage, which shaU not be smalleE ln dlmensions than the one speclfled from the gangway.
