(2) A pubIc service vehicle, when carrylnq Government ma1l by or under 12 Transport Authorlty by general or regularly used for a contract wlth the Indlan Posts and Telegraphs Department shall exhlbit in a consplcuous place upon a plate or a plane surface of the vehicle the words 'MAIL' 1a red on the white ground, each letter t'elng not than 100 mi[metres ln height and o! a unlform thlckness of 20 m lmetres.
(3) Save as aforesaid. no motor v€hlcle shall dlsplay any sigD or inscrlptton yrhlch inclucles the worcls 'MAIL'- lffi, Body and Ioadtng platforn ot goods carrlage.--(1) The body of every good carriage includinE a traller shal-L be so fastened to the frame of the vehlcle and so constructed as to comply wlth such dlrectlons as may be issued by the State Transport Authorlty from tlme to time. The vehlcle shau be capable of carrylng the load for whlch lt ls used wlthout danger or lnconvenlence to other road users so that the loact can be securely packed withln the body or plateform.
(2) Evely goods carrlage with a traller and tractor trailer combination shaU be fltted with an elect-ic clevlce so as to cause an afarm by working of a buzzer in the drlver's cabln on account of fallure of the towlng tnechanlsm and dlscouPllDg of the tralle!.
