(v) ln case of any altelatton in the vehicte inpursuance of the provlslons of sectlon 52. the holderof a stage carriage permit or a conttact carrlaJepetmlt. as rhe case may be, shall inttmate that fa;tto the State Transport Authortty by which the permitwas glven and If rhe atteration does not conf;rm tothe. condltions of the permit, the State TlansportAuthority shalt be at ltberty to.--
