96. Cancel!,atlon of tlcket age[ts ltcence._-(1) The llcenslng authorttv shall forthwlth cancel any llcence lssued under rule Sl updn request macle to hlm by the Prlnclpal on whose appllcatton lt was granted.

(2) A prtnctpat Proposlng to aPply for the cancellation of a llcence lssued tq an agent on hls appllcatlon may call upon the agent to surrender the permlt and badge, and the agent shall be bound to surrender the same to the prlnclpat forthwlth.

(3) where a prlnclPal requlre3 any agent to surrender hls badge and permtt under sub_rule (2), he shall forward the sam; with his appllcatlon for cancellatlon of the llcence to the Ilcensing authorlty wlth the least Posslble delay and ln any case wlthln forty-elght hours '

97.
