96. Cancel!,atlon of tlcket age[ts ltcence._-(1) The llcenslng authorttv shall forthwlth cancel any llcence lssued under rule Sl updn request macle to hlm by the Prlnclpal on whose appllcatton lt was granted.
(2) A prtnctpat Proposlng to aPply for the cancellation of a llcence lssued tq an agent on hls appllcatlon may call upon the agent to surrender the permlt and badge, and the agent shall be bound to surrender the same to the prlnclpat forthwlth.
(3) where a prlnclPal requlre3 any agent to surrender hls badge and permtt under sub_rule (2), he shall forward the sam; with his appllcatlon for cancellatlon of the llcence to the Ilcensing authorlty wlth the least Posslble delay and ln any case wlthln forty-elght hours '
97. TerDs of ttcket agent's llcclrce---Unlesg a shorter term ls appolnted, a ttcket agent's llcence shall be valld for one ,year from the date of lssue or renewal but may be cancelled at any time by the ltcenslng autholtty tf It aPPear3 to lt shall the conduct of the agent ln hls relatton wlth the Pubuc has been 1 unsatlsfactory or that the agent ls not a sultable Person to continue as such.
