Section 10: Discharge of members absent from sittings of Committee

If a member is absent from two or more consecutive sittings of the Committee, without the permission of the Chairman, a motion may be moved in the Committee for the discharge of such member from the Committee:

Provided that where the members of the Committee are nominated by the Chairman, such member shall be discharged by the Chairman.
