Section 11: Filling of vacancies in the Committee

In the case of any vacancy caused in the Committee due to the absence of any member, being away from India for a long period or permanent settlement therein or in the event of insanity of any member, a motion, as contemplated under rule 10, may be moved by the Committee for the discharge of such member from the Committee. Thereafter, the matter shall be reported to the Central Government, who will take necessary action for the appointment of members to fill such vacancies.
