(1) These rules may be called the Ur.ion Territory of Chandigarh Clinical Establishments (Registration ahd Regulation) Rules, 2013 .

(2) ThesEi Rules shall come into force in the Union Territory, Chandigarh on the date of their publication in the Chandigarh Administration Official Gazette.

(3) These rules shall be applicable to various categories of Clinical Establishments in the Union Territory, Chandigarh.
