Section 3: Applicability

The Agriculture Land Allotted on Government Lease in Non-Urban Area Rules, 2022State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1959

(1) It shall to apply to the land of allotted lease for agricultural purpose in non-urban areas, under the Revenue Book Circular Khand 4 Kramank 3.

(2) The lease under Rehabilitation and the lease under the Singhdev Scheme, allotted for agricultural purpose, shall be included in the Government leases.

(3) The land declared surplus under the Ceiling Act, and the land received in Bhudan Yagya and Donation, shall not be included in the said leases.

(4) The land of lease allotted under the Forest Right shall not be included.
