Rules I. After sub-rule (iii) of Rule 2, ·framed under Section 240 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 19~9. lhc following rule shall be inserted, namely :- ' ' · (Fourth) (Fifth) (Sixth) (Seventh) Fruit bearing trees, which have become sterile, dried tree.
Other fruit bearing species, which have attained the exploitable girth (girth fixed by the concerned forest division can be considered as exploitable girth).
Trees, which are required to be cut for the growth of other plant/tree.
Trees, which are required to be cut in public interest.
