Section 45: Penalty

CG Ancient Monument and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules,1975State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1964

Whoever copies or films any State protected monument or does any other act, in contravention of any provision of this chapter or of any permission or lkence granted thereunder shall be punishable with tine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
