Section 46: Manner of prefering an appeal

CG Ancient Monument and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules,1975State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1964

( 1) Every appeal to the State Government under the Madhya Pradesh AncientMonument and Archaeologicaf Sites and Remains Act, I 964 or under these rules shall be in writing and shall be preferred within one month of the date of receipt of the order appealed against.

(2) Every such appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against.
