Section 58: Entry of name after direction oi the Government

After the direction is issued by the State Government under sub-section (I) of sec­ tion 39, the name of every person registered under the Act shall subject to the provisions contained in the Act as to the removal of names from the register, remain entered therein and the regrdrafion of 'ireh person shall hold good for the period ending on lire 31st dav of the December of the year following the year in w hich his name i ‘ first entered in (he register.

(2) Any person desiring to continue his registration shall submit le he Registrar an application before 1st April of the year to which it relates nd-shail forward-with such application the fee ptfscribed in that behalf n rule 59 and*the certificate issued to him under rule 56. -

(3) When a renewal fee is not paid before the due date, the Registrar hall remove the name of the defaulter from the register; provided that a ame so removed may be restored to the register under sub-section (2)..of ection 39 on payment of the renewal fee and additional fee as penalty as rescribed in that behalf in rule 67. '
