An aplication for registration of an additional qualification shall be made in orm IV in Appendix II and shall_bo accompanied by fee prescribed in his behalf in rule 67.
Appeal against the orders ofi the Registrar.—An appael to the State Council against the order of the Registrar regarding registration of ame or alteration of any entry in the register, shall be in the form of a lemorancJum and state the grounds on which registration is claimed and tirnish the names, the qualifications, and the dates on which they were btained. On receipt of such appeal the Council may before deciding refer he same to the Executive Committee for enquiry and report.

Application for the renewal of from the register._(|) A egistored dentist may himself make an application for the removal ol his ..me from the register. The application shall be accompanied by a deceration made by the applicant, that he is not aware of any proceedings or casons for the removal of his name from the register or in deprivintHiim f a licence entitling him to be registered.
(2) Every such application shall first be referred by the Registrar to he authorised who granted the applicant his qualification or qualifications o ascertain whether there is any valid objection to such removal.
(3) The Registrar shall bring such application before the next meeting f the State Council or the Executive Committee will consider the-applicaion and the Chairman may put the question for the views of the State ouncil or the Executive Committee whether the applicant’s name inav be _ • • moved from the Dentists Register.

(2) The Registrar shall not less than 90 days before the expiration of he term of any existing appointment draw the attention of the President to he approaching vacancy, and the latter shall forthwith report it to the tate Government in order that a new appointment may be made to take fleet from the day on which the existing appointment w ill expire.

(3) The Registrar shall also act as the Treasurer of the Council. The ccurity to be furnished by the Treasurer shall he Rs. 100. This security hall be furnished in the form of fidelity bonds.
Registrar shall be ex-officio Secretary .--Jhe Registrar shall the ex-officio Secretary of the Executive Committee, and any other be Com tint let's set up by the Council. He shall participate in the discussions but ;»hall not function as a member of the committees whether by way of voting r otherwise.
Retirement age for IV Class staff.—Members of the ministerial mih\ Class J\ staff shall retire on attaining the age of 60 years:

Pouters of the Registrar for appointment of stuff.— Subject to the approval of the President, the Registrar shall appoint the Ministerial and Class IV staff and may engage such temporary personnel as may be requir ed from tune to time, and. pay a reasonable rate of remuneration to such personnel, provided it does not exceed the rates sanctioned by the State [Government for corresponding permanent staff. These appointments shall ■be subject to the confirmation by the Council.
