Section 16: Width of corridor, etc

The Chhattisgarh Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 1952

No staircase, landing lobby, corridor or passage, not being an internal passage between rows of seats, intended for use as an exit shall be less than five feet wide and there shall be no recesses or projections in the walls of such passages, gangway or corridors within 5 feet of the ground :

Provided that nothing in this rule shall apply to premises duly l icensed in any part of the State for use for cinematograph exhibit ion before the com ing into force of these rules.
