On receipt of such notice the l icensing authority shall at the cost of the applicant, notify the public such intention in such manner by not ification in the newspapers or otherwise that i t may deem fit for the purpose of invit ing objection. A notification for invit ing objection shall be issued by the l icensing authority in Form B and shall specify the period within which the objections be lodged with i t . The l icensing authority shall also consult the Executive Engineer and Sub—Divisional Officer concerned in respect of the proposed si te.
