The Registrar shall consider the application and may, if necessary, order further enquiry or refuse registration. Should he decide to allow regis tration, he shall register the society in a register of societies to be kept for the purpose. Every such entry shall be attested by the seal and signature of the Registrar. He shall also forward to the 11 society a cert if icate of registration and a cert if ied copy of the bye -laws as finally approved and registered by him.
