Section 36: Registers of dental hygienists and dental mechanics

The Dentists Act, 1948State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 16 of 1948

(1) The 1 [State] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette direct that the 1 [State] Council shall maintain a register of dental hygienists or a register of dental mechanics.

(2) The provisions of section 35 shall, so far as they may be made applicable, apply in respect of applications for registration in a register referred to in this section.
