Section 51: Officers of the Committee

()) The Committee shall have among its office bearers a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Secretary and a Joint ecretaJy.

The Secretary and the Joint Secretary shall be elected every year.

(2) The Committee shall elect the Chairman and the Vice-Chainnan:

Provided that where the Chairman is elected from amongst th representatives of the employers, the Vice-Chairman shall be elected from amongst the representatives of workmen and vice versa : . .1.
