Section 52: Term or office

(2) A member ho n t fill a cau al vacancy shall hold office for the unexpired term of hi pred rs.

(3) A memb r ho. , ithout obtaining leave from the Committee, fails to attend three consecuti m ting of the Committee shall forfeit his membership.
