l. All entries must be filled up with ball point pen without any overwriting and must be clearly readable.
2. For the second copy, carbon paper should be used on both the sides of the transit pass .
3. After the necessary entries as mentioned above, duplicate copy shall be handed over to the driver of the vehicle and original copy shall be retained in the transit passbook.
4. In relation to via under clause 9, mention the name of three major places present between the defined routes from the mine to the destination.
5. Violation of any of the above directions shall be construed as illegal mineral transportation and shall be punishable."
