"Chapter-IV A APPEAL AND REVISION 368 (7) 17 A. Appeal or revision.- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, appeal or revision against every order passed in respect of any subject under these rules shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Chapter-XIV of the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996 (as amended)."
