"(II) Such person/ firm/company, who wants to transport the minerals, brought by rail route, from railway sidings to any end use plant or licensed processing plant / storage site, then they shall have to submit an application in prescribed Fonn-11 a long with the required information, to the Offi.cer-ln Charge of the mining section of the concerned district.
(III) Details of the Information received by the District Mining Office under Form- 11 shall be maintained in the register in accordance with Form-12.
Subsequently, Local Transit Pass shall be issued in Form 13 for transportation of equivalent quantity as per quantity of minerals mentioned in the application submitted by the applicant.
(IV) The applicant shall submit the details of used and remaining local transit pass alongwith the Railway receipt in Form- 14. The Officer-in-charge, District Mining Office, on tallying the quantity of Local Transit Pass issued previously in Form- 13 with the submitted R.R. at the time of disposal of subsequent application for the Local Transit Pass, which if found correct, shall issue New Local Transit Pass after considering new application."
4. In rule 11, after the words "No interest will be liable for security deposit", the words "if any deposit made under the above-mentioned sub-rule has not been forfeited under any rules, then it shall be returned to non-applicant after ensuring overall compliance of all the conditions" shall be inserted.
5. In rule 12 , for the word "three", the word "ten" shall be substituted.
