Section 58: Place of meeting

Every meeting of the Council shall ordinarily be held in the premises used as Municipal office by such Council.

59. Chairman of Meeting At every meeting of a Council the President, if present, or in his absence or during the vacancy of his office, a Vice-President and if there be no President or Vice-President present, then such one of their member as the elected Councillors present may elect, shall preside as Chairman.
