Section 25: Application of rules to Industrial Establishment

Where the P:0 v1s1ons of the Act have been extended to any Industrial establ ishment under sub-section (5) of section I or the /\ct, every reference in these rules to- . .

(a) a factory shall be deemed to include also a reference to such mdustnal establishment; and

(b) Chier Inspector of factories shall be deemed to be a reference to the Commissioner or Labour.
