Section 14: Appointment

Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission (Recruitment and condition of service of officers and employees) Regulations, 2009State Rules of Chhattisgarh · 2005

(a) All appointments shall be made on the basis of merit, as recommended by the Selection Committee ;

(b) Every candidate selected for appointment, having not been in the service of Government I Govt. undertaking, shall be appointed subject to their medical fitness to be certified by a · Medical Board as may be appointed by the Commission and character verification as per clause 7(f) mentioned above.
