Section 23: Abatement

The Chhattisgarh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968.State Act of Chhattisgarh · Act 29 of 1968

Any officer of the Special Armed Force who abets offence punishable under this Act may be punished with the punishment provided in this Act for such offence.

[23A. Offence to be cognizable and non-bailable. - (1) Every offence under this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.

(2) No bail shall be granted by any Court under this section unless prosecution has been afforded reasonable opportunity of being heard in the matter.]
