Section 34: Ezemption &om payment of coats

lf the Commissioner is satisfied that the applicant is unable, by reason of poverty. to pay the prescribed fees, he may remit any or all of such fees. If the case is decided in favour of the appllcant. the Prcscrtbed fees which, had they not been remitted, would have been due to be paid. may be added to the costs of the case and recovered in such manner as the Commtssioner in his order regarding costs may direct.
