Section 8: The following class of cases shall be submitted by the Zila Panchayat to the State Government or the Prescribed Authority for his information, or decisions, as the case may be, namely

(a) Cases in which the questions or policy of State Government or- Central Government is involved; .
,(b)Such othe"rcases of importance as the ZilaPanchayat may consider necessary;
(c)Anymatter which is likely to cause controvercy by the action ofZila Panchayat;
(d) Any issue which involves disqualification of members of Zila Panchayat;
, (i) Ail such other matters which under the relevant sections 01 the Act 0;: t.he rules made thereunder are necessary to be sent to the Prescribed Officer;
(j) Any case or class of cases, which the State Government or the Presclibed Authority may by general or special order require to be submitted.
