Section 35: Refusal to undergo Departmental examination

Generally no enrolled person shall be allowed to refuse a professional course/departmental examination for which he has been detailed. Commanding Officers are to ensure that enrolled personnel are sent for the courses for which they are selected. Refusal to comply with instructions to undergo a course shall render an individual ineligible for consideration for all further courses/examinations for a period of one year.
