Section 1: Short title and commencement

(1) These rules may be called the Coinage of One Hundred Twenty Five Rupees and Ten Rupees Coins to commemorate the occasion of 125 TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. S. RADHAKRISHNAN Rules, 2015.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Denomination of coins.—The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of “125 TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. S. RADHAKRISHNAN”, namely:—

1. One Hundred Twenty Five Rupees;

2. Ten Rupees.
