The design of the coins shall be as under:—
(i) ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “स�यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery flanked with the word “INDIA” in English and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “`̀̀̀” and denominational value “125” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the portrait of “Dr. S. RADHAKRISHNAN" in the center, with inscription “डॉडॉडॉडॉ. . . . एसएसएसएस. . . . राधाकृंणन क� राधाकृंणन क� राधाकृंणन क� राधाकृंणन क� 125125125125वीं जयंतीवीं जयंतीवीं जयंतीवीं जयंती” in Devnagri script on upper periphery and “125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. S. RADHAKRISHNAN” in English on the lower periphery respectively. The year’s figure “1888-2013” shall be written in international numerals below the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.
(ii) TEN RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “स�यमेव जयतेस�यमेव जयतेस�यमेव जयतेस�यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारतभारतभारतभारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery flanked with the word “INDIA” in English and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “`̀̀̀” and denominational value “10” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
