Section 9: Period of Probation

The Coir Board (Services) Bye-laws, 1983Central Regulations · 1953

Every employee appointed to a post by direct recruitment or by promotion shall be on probation for a period of two years with effect from the date he is appointed to be on probation:

Provided that the appointing authority may extend the period of probation by such period as it deems fit ad maximum to the extent of two years for reasons to be recorded in writing in the order directing such extension and such order shall be communicated to the person concerned.
