Section 4: Application for Registration

The Coir Industry (Registration) Rules 2008Central Rules · 1953

(1) Every application for registration under rule 3 shall be made to the Secretary or, as the case may be, the Officer authorized by him in this behalf in Form 1:

* Provided that the Secretary or, as the case may be, the Officer may, if he is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not making the application in time, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, entertain an application made after one month as referred to in sub rule (1) of rule 3.
