Section 5: Grant of certificate

The Coir Industry (Registration) Rules 2008Central Rules · 1953

On receipt of an application, the Secretary or Officer shall, after making such enquiry as he deems necessary, register the Industrial Establishment, and issue a certificate in Form II with distinctive registration number allotted to it in the certificate within forty five days of the receipt of application duly filled up and supported by requisite documents.
