Salary and allowances, leave, provident fund, age of superannuation, pension and retirements benefits, medical facilities turd other conditions of service of the Secretary of the Curmuission shall be regulated in accordance with such t‘u1es and regulations as are for the time being applicable to an officer efthe Govermnent in his respeetive cadre.
