Accounts and Atttlit.— (1) The accounts 01‘ the Commission 101‘ every financial year shall he prepared in Form ‘A’ to ‘A»8’ by the Secretary or such officer 01' the Cominissien authorized by the Secretary in this behalf.
(ii) The Annual Statement of Accounts duly approved by the Commission shall he submitted by the Seetetaiy to the Gevemment by 10111 Septembet 01the tetlewing yeal to which the accounts 1e1ate.
(iii)‘ lhe C0111111i331011 shall Totwatd to the Government quarterty reviews 01‘ the progress of expenditure incurred and the expenditure 111(er to be incurred during the renutittihg part 01‘ the financial year as and when eahed for by the Government.
The- Commission shall furnish annual utilization certificate certifying that the funds have been utihzed for the prescribed pumeses.
The Secretary shall supervise the 111aintenanee of the accounts 01' the Commission - and the eempilation 01‘ the final statements and returns and 5112111 ensure that all ueentmts, books, connected vouchers and other documents 211111 the papers nthhe Commission required by the Audit Officer for the purpose 01‘ auditing the accounts of the C0111111ission are placed at the dispoSal of that 0111 cert
(vi) ' the Annual Statement 01' Accounts shalt be signed and authenticated by the Seetetzuy.

(vii) The Annual Statement 01‘ Accounts shah be submitted 10 the Audit 01["1001 011 or before 30th June, following the year to which the accounts relate 111111 the Audit Officer shall audit the accounts 01‘ the Commission and report thereon.
On receipt of the audit report, the Commission shall, Within three months, temeve the defects (11‘ irregularity pointed out in the audit report 11nd report to the Government and to the Audit Officer about the aetiou taken by it thereen,
