(1) In these rUles, unless the context otherwise requires:-

(a) "Act" means the 'Delhi Geo Spatial Data Infrastructure (Management, Control, Administration, Security and Safety) Act, 2011 (Delhi Act 06 of 2011)';

(b) "Rules" means 'Delhi Geo Spatial Data Infrastructure (Management, Control, Administration, Security and Safety), Rules 2011' as notified by the Government in the otncia(gazette.

(2) DELHI GAZETIE:EXTRAORDINARY jPtUlllV All words and expressions used and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
