Section 3: Amendment and notification of the schedule

The government may, at the first instance. provide and notify the Schedule of list of various services as duly annexed with these rules pertaining to the line departments, local bodies, public authorities and public or private agencies etc. for disseminating the geo-spatial data, geo-spatial map, geo-spatiai system, geo-spatial application, geo-spatial portal of Delhi, duly made available under the public domain:

Provided that the Government may, as per the recommendation of the Regulatory Authority as appointed under the said Act, amend the said Schedule from time to time as and when deemed necessary.

4. Application by department to access and share the data, - (1) The line departments, local bodies, public authorities, public or private agencies may share and access the geo- spatial data, geo- spatial map and geo- spatial application, by applying in the format prescribed in Form No.1 annexed to these rules.

(2) While applying for permission to access the data as per rule 4(1), the line departments, local bodies, public authorities and public or private agencies shall pay such charges, fees and cost etc. as fixed and notified from time to time.
