Section 5: बोडᭅ के सद᭭यᲂ का कायᭅकाल

Model Rules for the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2016

(1) बोडᭅ के सामािजक कायᭅकताᭅ सद᭭य का कायᭅकाल िनयुिᲦ कᳱ तारीख से तीन वषᭅ से अिधक नहᱭ होगा।

(2) बोडᭅ का सामािजक कायᭅकताᭅ सद᭭य अिधकतम दो कायᭅकालᲂ के िलए पाᮢ होगा, जो ᳰक लगातार नहᱭ हᲂगे।

(3) सद᭭य ᳰकसी भी समय रा᭔य सरकार को एक मास कᳱ िलिखत सूचना दकेर ᭜यागपᮢ द ेसकते हᱹ।

(4) बोडᭅ मᱶ ᳰकसी भी ᳯरिᲦ को चयन सिमित ᳇ारा तैयार ᳰकए गए नामᲂ के पैनल से ᳰकसी अ᭠य ᳞िᲦ कᳱ िनयुिᲦ ᳇ारा भरा जाएगा।
