Section 9: Designated authority

Delhi Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2016

The Dy. Commissioners of the Department of Revenue, GNCT of Delhi shall be the designated authority under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Act to take measures for creating social awareness to support persons with disabilities in exercising their legal capacity.
