Section 8: Intimation regarding the choice of the close day

(a) Every occupier of a shop or commercial establishment shall, along with Form ' A' furnish intimation regarding the choice of close day in Form 'E' to the Chief Inspector.

2[provided that in respect of any shop or commercial establishment which comes into existence on of after the first day of December, 1959, its occupier shall furnish such information in form "E'. to the Chief Inspector within thirty days of the date on which shop or commercial establishment comes into existence.]
