Section 4: Constitution of Grievance redressal and dispute resolution committees

Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2014.Central Rules · 2014

(I) There shall be a Grievance redressal and dispute resolution committee for each local authority, constituted by the Government under sub-section (I) of section 20 of the Act, comprising of a Chairperson, who has been a Civil Judge or a Judicial Magistrate and two other professionals as members.

(2) The Chairperson and members of a Grievance redressal and dispute resolution committee shall be appointed by the Government.
