(Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001 Last amended on May 08, 2019Central Regulations · 1992

(1) No person who has ceased to be in the service of the Board except by way of removal or dismissal or compulsory retirement may be re-employed without the specific sanction of, and on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Board.

(2) Except as otherwise provided by the Board at the time of his re-employment, these Regulations shall apply to a person who is re-employed in the Board, as if he had entered the service for the first time on the date of his re-employment.
